Coaching Plans
EXERCISE ONLY:
You'll be provided with a full body exercise plan that will be customized based on your goals. If you don't have a gym membership, this is something that I strongly encourage however I will be able to provide at home workout plans as well if a gym membership isn't an option for you right now. You'll have bi-weekly check ins with me via email to monitor progress and ensure you are on track and being held accountable.
NUTRITION ONLY:
You'll be provided with either macronutrient goals customized specifically to you or a portion-focused plan based on your current lifestyle and health goals as well as *sample* meal plans, intro to macros cheat sheet, and supplement recommendations (if applicable). My goal is to educate you so that you can take this knowledge and develop a healthy lifestyle that works for you overtime. You'll also have weekly check ins with me via email to monitor progress and ensure you are on track and being held accountable week over week. I will be available beyond just our weekly check ins for assistance.

I will be available beyond just our weekly check ins if you have any questions or just need some mid-week motivation!
LIFESTYLE COACHING:
For this program, you will already be working towards a specific health and fitness goal and I will be here to mentor you through any challenges you may be facing. This will include weekly 30 minute web chat sessions to talk about your current challenges and identify ways to overcome them.
