Unnaturally Dessert is First on the Menu
I realize dessert typically is the final course but lately sweets have been on my mind so I thought I would share my "indulgence" meal with ya'll! This does not exactly count as a recipe since I really just threw a bunch of stuff into a bowl but it tastes and looked too good not to share. Here I have my go-to Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt with some extra deliciousness. If you are a big greek yogurt lover and have not tried this brand, I suggest you go out immediately and buy it! Key Lime pie flavor is my favorite :) Below is the exact recipe and nutritional breakdown:
Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 scoop Dymatize Elite Vanilla Egg Protein Powder
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup Fiber One 80 honey cluster cereal
almonds (I added about 10 here)
2 tbsp Pb2
Blend the protein powder into the yogurt first then add toppings and enjoy!
