Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts

Yes my last recipe was pumpkin based but it's just that time of the year and I had to share my latest and greatest pumpkin spice protein donut recipe! This was super easy and took about 10-15 minutes total to prep! Each donut is 60 calories so a couple of these makes for a great on the go snack or post dinner dessert :) I can't really take credit here because they aren't from scratch I just used a couple of my favorite protein products threw in some pumpkin spice and tada!

Ingredients:

112g Birchbender Protein Pancake mix (Kodiak cakes or Stackd protein pancake mix works just as well) --this makes 2 servings (3 donuts per serving)

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Pumpkin spice

Cinnamon

Stevia

Directions:

Preheat oven 350F

Mix pancake mix with water for batter consistency and fill donut pan with batter (should make about 6)

Bake donuts for about 8 minutes

As donuts are baking, mix 2-3 tbsp water to protein powder to create "icing"

Mix pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and stevia in separate bowl

Once donuts finish baking, let cool

Dip top of donuts into icing and then into pumpkin spice, cinnamon, stevia mixture

Enjoy guilt free!

Each donut is 60 calories <1gF/9gC/7gP (the donuts are small-medium sized)
